Administrative and Financial Roles
* Responsibilities: Generate periodic sales reports and ensure sales administration and billing strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration. Proficient in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PIVOT). Experience in FMCG, retail, or building materials is preferred. Must be based in Bekasi and have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing goods reports, ensure delivery procedures are maintained, and oversee warehouse stock availability.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in any major. Advanced MS Excel skills required. Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred. Must not be color blind and must have received two COVID-19 vaccine doses.
* Responsibilities: Oversee order processes, returns, and billing accuracy.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration. Expert in MS Excel. Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in sales, billing, or finance. Must be detail-oriented, persistent, and willing to travel for work.
Warehouse and Operational Roles
* Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor incoming goods, organize storage, and manage dispatch/loading operations.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration. Strong MS Excel skills. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision. Location: Bali & Manado.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK graduate, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience as a machine technician or warehouse assistant is a plus. Must be agile, detail-oriented, and persistent.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK graduate with a valid SIM B/B1/B2 or B2 Umum license. Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo/truck driving. Must understand vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Must not be color blind.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK graduate with a valid SIO Forklift certification. Must be in good physical health, not color blind, and possess proof of double COVID-19 vaccination.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK graduate. Must be target-oriented, honest, and responsible with excellent communication skills. Must be in good physical health and not color blind.
