## Key Responsibilities of the MEP Supervisor
As our MEP Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining, planning, and executing electrical and mechanical installations across our corporate assets and residential estates. Your daily scope of work will encompass:
* Asset Maintenance & Care: Direct the upkeep and troubleshooting of building electrical installations, including corporate office power systems, air conditioning units, backup generators, and residential public street lighting (PJU).
* Procurement Planning & Budgeting: Formulate comprehensive procurement strategies and cost estimates for lighting fixtures required for public roads, landscaped parks, and recreational sport clubs.
* PLN Coordination & Oversight: Supervise the installation of cluster street lighting poles and power lines executed by the state electricity company (PLN), ensuring zero deviations from planned geographic coordinates.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our architectural team to map out precise lighting layouts for public roadways and strategic garden zones, guaranteeing both aesthetic appeal and optimal safety.
* Project Scheduling: Coordinate directly with PLN representatives to establish accurate timelines for electrical pole installation projects.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Industry Experience: Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Supervisor within the property development sector, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in luxury residential projects.
* Geographical Proximity: Reside locally or within the surrounding areas of Cibubur, Cikeas, Depok, and adjacent districts.
* Availability: Prepared to report to our Head Office located at Permata Cimanggis and capable of onboarding immediately.
