1. SHE Staff (Safety, Health, and Environment)
The SHE Staff member plays a vital role in maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
* Ensuring the strict implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) protocols in the workplace.
* Conducting safety outreach programs and educational campaigns for staff.
* Performing routine site inspections, hazard identifications, and incident investigations.
* Managing K3 documentation and formal reporting.
* Leading safety briefings, training sessions, and emergency response simulations.
* Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding safety initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* At least one year of professional experience in HSE or environmental management.
* Solid understanding of SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
* Possession of basic safety certifications; holding an AK3 Umum certification is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized safety reporting software.

* Preparing and reviewing Trial Balance sheets.
* Executing journal adjustments, clearing, accruals, and reclassifications.
* Supporting external audit requirements and providing general accounting assistance.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a professional accounting role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and applicable taxation laws.
