## Available Positions
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following roles at our site in Tebo, Jambi:
Management and Supervisory Roles
* Mill Manager: Min. D3 in Engineering/Science, 4 years of experience, mastery in palm oil mill operations and troubleshooting.
* KTU (Administration Head): Min. D3 Accounting/Economics, 2 years of experience in palm oil mills, proficient in financial reporting.
* Assistant Roles (Process, Maintenance, Procurement, K3 & Environment): Min. D3 in relevant fields, minimum 2 years of experience. Requires specific technical knowledge, certifications (for K3), and leadership skills.
* Supervisor Laboratory: Min. D3 Chemical Engineering, 2 years of experience in laboratory analysis and quality control.
Administrative and Support Staff
* Staff General Affair: S1 (any major), 1 year of experience in asset management and licensing.
* Kasir & Payroll: SMA/SMK or S1, 2 years of experience in finance and payroll calculations.
* Krani (General, Production, Procurement, Maintenance, Timbangan): SMA/K equivalent, experience in administrative tasks and office software.
* Analis: Min. D3 Chemical Engineering, 1 year of experience in laboratory quality control.
Operational and Technical Positions
We are also hiring skilled personnel for the following field and plant operations (minimum 1–2 years of experience required for each):
* Operators: Loader & Excavator, Loading Ramp, Empty Bunch Press, Sterilizer, Kernel, Clarification, Boiler, Engine Room, Water Treatment Plant, and Incinerator.
* Maintenance & Workshop: Welder, Lathe Technician (Tukang Bubut), Helper Maintenance, and Oilman.
* Logistics & Field Support: Sample Boy, Waste Management Supervisor, Dispatch Officer, and General Driver (must hold a valid SIM A).
* Foremen (Mandor): Sortation, Maintenance, and Process.
* Security: Head of Security (Komandan Regu) and Security Personnel (requires Diksar certification).
* General Support: Head of Canteen, Canteen Cook, and Office Girl (Positions 26 & 27 are open to married couples).
