1. F&B Industrial Technician (Maintenance Staff)
We are looking for a skilled technician to ensure that our outlets operate at peak performance. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational reliability.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Perform expert repairs on electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and specialized kitchen equipment.
* Execute professional troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical failures swiftly.
* Assist in the installation of new store equipment and oversee minor civil engineering tasks within our outlets.
* Provide rapid response and effective solutions during emergency maintenance situations.
* Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field (SMK/D3 level).
* At least 2 years of proven experience in maintenance or technical support roles.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
* Flexibility to work in a shift-based system.
* Willingness to travel between multiple locations to support our diverse operational needs.
2. Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
The Guest Relation Officer serves as the face of our brand. We are looking for individuals with a warm personality and a dedication to hospitality to ensure every Butter Baby customer enjoys a premium experience.
* Greeting guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
* Acting as the primary point of contact to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
* Providing comprehensive information regarding our artisanal products, current promotions, and special events.
* Managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
* Documenting guest insights to assist management in service refinement and operational improvement.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of experience in Guest Relations or Customer Service (fresh graduates with a strong passion for service are encouraged to apply).
* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
