We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our production team as a Quality Control (QC) Operator.
## Job Responsibilities
The QC Operator plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards that define the Plasticolors brand. Your core duties will include:
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring that production samples perfectly match the final manufactured output while guaranteeing that all products strictly adhere to our established quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Action: Developing and applying corrective formulations whenever a production sample deviates from the defined quality standards.
* Compliance: Operating in full alignment with established ISO standards and internal safety protocols to ensure a consistent and compliant workflow.
## Required Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who is ready to contribute to our growth and maintain our high-performance standards. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male, between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Health: Must possess normal color vision (not color blind).
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a QC role; prior experience within a masterbatch manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
* Skills: Highly detail-oriented, agile, resilient, and capable of performing well in a 3-shift rotation schedule. You should also possess strong numerical skills and the ability to respond quickly to production challenges.
* Location: Willing to be stationed at our facility in the Delta Silicon industrial area, Cikarang Pusat.
