## Core Responsibilities of the Plant Operator
As an integral part of our refinery operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and productivity. Your day-to-day duties will encompass the following key areas:
* Refinery Operations: Execute all LPG refinery procedures safely and strictly according to guidelines to achieve and exceed established production targets.
* Startup and Shutdown Execution: Seamlessly manage refinery startup procedures according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while handling factory shutdowns during both normal operations and emergency scenarios.
* Field Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor operational conditions and field equipment, accurately maintain log sheets, conduct routine tasks, recommend necessary equipment repairs, and prepare machinery for maintenance crews.
* Operational Compliance: Execute direct instructions from supervisors efficiently while maintaining strict relevance to ongoing refinery workflows.
* Safety and Environment: Master and implement all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (K3L) policies, proactively reporting any potential workplace hazards.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Bring at least one year of hands-on experience operating at a level comparable to a DCS Control Room Operator.
* Industry Background: Prior working experience within the oil and gas sector is strongly preferred.
* Technical Literacy: Demonstrate strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and maintain professional proficiency in the English language.
* Soft Skills: Exhibit the ability to work independently with a strong target-oriented mindset, coupled with an honest, authoritative personality, high morale, and strong initiative.
