Head Office (Pluit, North Jakarta) Roles
1. Personal Assistant
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven business acumen with an energetic, disciplined, and communicative personality.
2. Corporate Secretary to Director
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable private university.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
3. Logistics Specialist
* Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics.
* Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
* Proven ability to develop strategic logistics budgets and manage end-to-end supply chain quality.
4. IT Manager
* Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or related fields.
* 4–5 years of professional experience.
* Deep understanding of SAP systems and IT infrastructure; strong leadership and attention to detail.
5. Key Account Manager
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management.
* 3–4 years of experience specifically in E-Commerce.
* Expertise in MS Excel, combined with exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.
6. Sales Executive
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* 1–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A and SIM C) and strong communication abilities.
7. Administrative Staff
