# Cultivating Future Leaders: ofi Future Impact Talent Trainee in Cocoa Manufacturing
Since 1996, our journey across this expansive region has evolved from humble trading roots into a robust, large-scale enterprise. We proudly partner with over 400,000 farmers, local collectors, and dedicated suppliers nationwide to source premium cocoa, coffee, palm oil, nutmeg, and black and white pepper. As the premier exporter of Robusta coffee and a leading force in Arabika exports, we command a combined market share of approximately 15 percent, alongside our standing as the top exporter of cocoa products.
Recognizing that smallholder farming communities require vital assistance to boost yields and adapt to changing climate patterns, we champion some of the most comprehensive sustainable sourcing initiatives in the region. Operating advanced cocoa processing facilities through BT Cocoa in Jakarta, we directly employ nearly 1,400 staff members and over 1,150 seasonal workers. Our operations span dynamically from North Sumatra across the heart of Java to the eastern landscapes of Sulawesi.
