## General Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in these roles and contribute effectively to the laboratory team, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: Relevant experience within Research & Development or Analytical Development is required specifically for the Local Analytical Development Staff position.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CPOB and GMP guidelines, coupled with high levels of accuracy, responsibility, and discipline.
* Technical Expertise: Familiarity with standard laboratory workflows, hands-on laboratory experience, and proven proficiency in operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Work Arrangement: Flexibility and willingness to work in a shifting or off-shift schedule.
* Work Location: Plant Gunung Putri, Bogor.
