## Current Job Opening: Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in maintaining the high manufacturing standards that customers expect from the Sari Roti brand. This position ensures that daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor all manufacturing workflows to guarantee strict compliance with internal quality benchmarks, hygiene protocols, GMP, and HACCP frameworks.
* Inspect raw ingredients, dough weight allocations, baking pans, fillings, and molds thoroughly prior to operational kickoff.
* Operate and oversee production machinery, industrial ovens, packaging equipment, and metal detectors to ensure flawless functionality.
* Execute the complete manufacturing lifecycle, spanning from initial dough preparation and baking to final product packaging.
* Verify the absolute accuracy of production codes, expiration dates, product labels, and final packaging presentation.
* Maintain precise digital or physical logs concerning output metrics and core process indicators.
* Uphold immaculate workstation cleanliness and execute scheduled machine sanitization routines.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional manufacturing teams to ensure seamless shift transitions and workflows.
