Candidates interested in the Field Supervisor (Pelaksana Lapangan) – Irrigation position should meet the following qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Prior experience in irrigation field supervision is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of irrigation networks, water channels, hydraulic structures, and related construction methods.
* Operational Skills: Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to quality and timeline standards.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership, discipline, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet project targets.
