1. Business Development
As a Business Development specialist, you will be the driving force behind market expansion and strategic growth, ensuring our intellectual property (IP) projects reach new heights.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute effective business strategies for market penetration and expansion.
* Formulate short-term and long-term business plans aligned with company goals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop new products or services based on market demands.
* Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
* Manage and assess the effectiveness of IP business development projects against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Allocate resources, set priorities, and oversee risk management for sustainable business growth.
* Develop and manage efficient budgets for all IP business development initiatives.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing Communication, Marketing, or Business.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in Brand Activation, Marketing Activation, or Business Development.

2. Event Creative Officer

* Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive research on audiences, trends, venues, and content to generate actionable event insights.

6. Creative Commercial (Freelance)
