## Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure operational excellence and safety, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Industrial or Chemical Engineering: Required for Safety Patrol, Admin (Palm Kernel Crushing), and Foreman (Texturizing) positions.
* Mechanical Engineering: Required for Head of Maintenance, Technical Staff (Pump House/Tank Farm), and Foreman (Refinery/Fractionation) roles.
* Civil Engineering: Required for the Foreman (Project) position.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a similar role is mandatory.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is highly preferred, as it facilitates seamless communication within our diverse international network.
* Work Location: All positions are based on-site at our facility in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara.
