* Skills: Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process parameters accurately.

Core Responsibilities
* Execute and control production machinery operations strictly following established SOPs.
* Monitor and maintain the stability of production processes to ensure consistent output quality.
* Perform machine setup, execute changeovers, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
* Supervise and direct support staff to meet daily production targets.
* Uphold safety standards (K3), maintain 5S workplace organization, and ensure maximum production efficiency.
