## Open Position: Operator Development Program
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our Operator Development Program. In this role, you will be responsible for executing production processes in strict accordance with established standard operating procedures. Your work will be vital in ensuring that we meet our production targets while maintaining the highest levels of product quality, food safety, and occupational health.
Key Responsibilities
To maintain our industry-leading standards, our operators are expected to fulfill the following duties:
* Operational Excellence: Execute production tasks strictly following SOPs, work instructions, and predefined production targets.
* Equipment Management: Operate machinery efficiently and ensure that all raw materials and tools are utilized according to process requirements.
* Quality Control: Conduct routine product inspections throughout the production cycle and report any irregularities or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
* Safety and Compliance: Actively implement and uphold standards related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 22000, Halal certifications, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols while maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the drive to contribute to a fast-paced, professional manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any field.
2. Specialized Background: Fresh graduates from vocational schools (SMK) specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, Light Vehicle Engineering, or Welding are strongly encouraged to apply.
3. Experience: At least one year of professional experience within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing environment is preferred.
4. Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 168cm, excellent physical stamina, and must not be colorblind.
5. Soft Skills: A strong work ethic characterized by honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
6. Readiness: Must be prepared to work in a demanding operational or warehouse environment.
