## 1. Head of Personnel & Industrial Relations Department
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining a harmonious industrial environment and overseeing all personnel administration.
* Foster a conducive industrial relations climate through proactive dispute resolution and labor consultations.
* Coordinate effectively with labor unions to ensure workplace stability.
* Maintain accurate, orderly, and well-documented personnel databases.
* Implement Corporate Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) in compliance with labor laws.
* Manage payroll cycles, employee benefits, and social security (BPJS) administration.
* Oversee personnel cost control and employee welfare programs while ensuring team performance optimization.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology.
* At least 3 years of experience in HR, Personnel, and Industrial Relations.
* Proven ability in mediating industrial disputes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.
* Experience in drafting Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
## 2. Head of Human Resources Development Department
This position focuses on human capital growth, ensuring our workforce is aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
* Ensure accurate workforce planning to meet organizational competencies and staffing timelines.
* Manage an objective performance management system through the effective implementation of KPIs.
* Oversee comprehensive talent management, career development, and training programs.
* Execute efficient recruitment and selection processes.
* Monitor administrative processes, departmental budgets, and development reporting.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR development.
* Expertise in Workforce Planning, Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, and Workload Analysis (WLA).
* Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and managing corporate training.
* Strong understanding of KPI implementation and labor laws.
## 3. Human Resources Staff
This role is vital for supporting the operational and administrative functions of the HR department to ensure seamless organizational performance.
* Support the planning and execution of HR development strategies.
* Manage accurate and timely HR database administration.
* Propose and organize employee training initiatives.
* Execute the recruitment cycle to fulfill manpower requirements.
* Collaborate with supervisors to conduct employee performance evaluations.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management.
* At least 1 year of experience in HR development is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
* Solid grasp of current labor regulations.
## 4. Packing Operation Staff
We are seeking diligent individuals to join our production team to ensure our products meet international quality standards during the packing phase.
* Male or Female.
* Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK).
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
