Position: Warehouse Admin
Location: Legok, Banten
The Warehouse Admin plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems and ensuring the seamless flow of materials required for our industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute accurate and systematic stock-taking and physical inventory counts.
* Manage the end-to-end warehouse lifecycle, including material receiving, organized storage, systematic issuance, and real-time movement monitoring.
* Ensure all inventory data is entered, monitored, and updated with high precision.
* Generate comprehensive reports using internal systems to assist management in logistics planning.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or a similar logistics-focused role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, high level of discipline, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, complemented by strong communication skills.
* Location Preference: Candidates residing in Legok and the surrounding Banten areas are highly encouraged to apply.
