To support the expansion of its Block A Production Facility, PT Medco E&P Malaka is currently inviting talented individuals from the Aceh region—specifically Aceh Timur—to join its technical team. ## Available Positions
The company is currently seeking qualified professionals to fill several Engineering and Technician roles as detailed below:
Engineering Department
* Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation (Code: BAA-EEI)
* Engineer Process (Code: BAA-EEP)
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
* Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0.
* Limited to recent graduates from 2022 and 2023.
* Maximum of one year of professional work experience.
Technician Department
* Technician Mechanical (Code: BAA-MECH)
* Technician Instrumentation (Code: BAA-INST)
* Technician Electrical (Code: BAA-ELEC)
* Educational background: High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Science or Engineering disciplines.
* Experience requirements:
* For D3 holders: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, focusing on safe operation standards.
* For SMA/SMK holders: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, focusing on safe operation standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and a working command of the English language.
* Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive within a team-based environment.
* Physical and mental readiness to work at heights and in confined spaces.
* Willingness to work night shifts and operate under an "Aoster" schedule with a home base in Aceh Timur.
