As a Sales Associate, you are the face of our brand. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service by identifying needs, offering product recommendations, and suggesting complementary items (add-ons).
* Maintaining inventory levels on the sales floor to prevent stockouts and ensuring size availability.
* Creating visually appealing counter displays that entice shoppers, including styling mannequins to showcase current trends.
* Implementing loss prevention measures to protect company assets.
* Ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to Visual Merchandising standards.
2. Cashier
The Cashier role goes beyond processing transactions; it is about providing a final, positive touchpoint for our customers.
* Assisting customers within the selling area and at the point of sale.

* Skill Set: Strong communication and sales capabilities.
* Customer Orientation: A deep commitment to customer satisfaction and a drive to hit sales targets, coupled with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 months of work experience (formal employment, informal work, or internships).
* Physical Health: Must not have color blindness (partial or total).
* Documentation: Preference given to candidates holding a KTA (for Prevention Associate) and those who have received the Covid-19 booster vaccine.
