Core Responsibilities
The AML Officer plays a vital role in maintaining the firm’s regulatory integrity. Key duties include:
* Program Implementation: Execute and oversee the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT), and Counter-Proliferation Financing (CPF WMD) programs.
* Risk Assessment: Proactively identify High-Risk Customers and determine Beneficial Ownership (BO).
* Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) to mitigate financial risk.
* Reporting: Analyze and report Suspicious Transactions (LTKM) in accordance with the regulatory framework.
* Strategic Compliance: Utilize strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex capital market regulations.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a sharp analytical mind and a passion for financial integrity. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data/Quantitative Sciences, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Prior experience of at least 2 years in AML or Compliance is highly preferred.
* Age Limitations: Candidates must be a maximum of 24 years old for fresh graduates, or 29 years old for experienced professionals as of December 31, 2026.
