* Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
* Operational Reporting: Ability to compile and deliver comprehensive daily reports regarding mass recruitment activities.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, candidate screening, behavior-based interviewing techniques, and recruitment-related administration.
* Psychological Assessments: Competent in the administration and management of psychological testing tools.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities, combined with a systematic, detail-oriented work ethic.
* Flexibility: Prepared for high mobility in line with project requirements.
