About the Graduate Trainee Program

Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this transformative career opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with less than one year of formal work experience.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Social Welfare, Communication, Psychology, Community Empowerment, Sociology, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or Social Development and Welfare.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Core Competencies: A robust understanding of social empowerment, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and the management of social conflict resolutions.
* Mobility: Applicants must be willing to be stationed in our Jambi operational area.
