## Position Overview: Stenter / Tentering Operator
We are looking for a detail-oriented machine operator who understands the intricacies of fabric finishing. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of production quality by ensuring our advanced machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating a Stenter or Tentering machine within the textile industry.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of fabric finishing processes and stenter machine operations.
* Machine Calibration Skills: Ability to accurately adjust temperature, speed, fabric width, and other technical parameters according to strict production standards.
* Work Ethic: High level of accuracy, strong discipline, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work in a shift-based system.

As a Stenter Operator at PT Long Harmony Industry, your daily responsibilities will include:

4. Maintenance and Housekeeping: Keep the workspace exceptionally clean and organized while performing routine, minor machine maintenance.
5. Troubleshooting and Reporting: Promptly identify any operational bottlenecks or mechanical malfunctions and report them directly to management.
