1. Technical Function

2. Non-Technical Function

* Preferred Majors: Business Management and Communications.
## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for the Management Development Program, applicants must demonstrate a blend of academic rigor and leadership potential. We are looking for individuals who possess:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Management, Business Administration, or Communication Studies.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.20 from a reputable university.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as are professionals with up to one year of relevant work experience.
* Leadership Potential: A proven track record in project leadership or receiving notable academic/non-academic awards is a distinct advantage.
* Active Involvement: Candidates who have played significant roles in student organizations or extracurricular communities are highly preferred.
* Skill Set: Strong proficiency in English, combined with excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
