## Current Job Vacancy: Logistics Administrator
PT Kobe Boga Utama is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated professional to join our fast-paced supply chain division.
Key Responsibilities
* Verification and Accuracy: Ensure absolute alignment between physical incoming goods and accompanying administrative documents.
* Data Management: Accurately input data concerning material receipts, shipments, and internal inventory mutations.
* Stock Administration: Handle inventory administration and execute routine data reconciliations.
* Report Generation: Compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports.
* Document Control: Maintain organized, precise, and easily auditable logistical documentation systems.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 or S1 degree from any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or Inventory Control specialist. Highly motivated fresh graduates with relevant internship backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Familiarity with SAP software systems serves as a distinct advantage.
