Open Positions and Key Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles:
1. Safety Investigation
* Focus: Managing incident reports, tracking recommendations, and implementing health and safety programs.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS or Engineering, 1–2 years of coal mining experience, and possession of POP and Incident Investigation certifications.
2. Safety Inspector (Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Port & Marine)
* Focus: Conducting field inspections and investigations within specific operational areas (Mining, Workshop, Civil, or Port) to ensure strict adherence to safety management protocols.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS/Engineering, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SMK3/ISO/OHSAS/SMKP standards, and POP certification.
3. Safety Patrol (Coordinator)
* Focus: Leading safety patrol teams and overseeing the reporting and implementation of field safety protocols.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS/Engineering, 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and POP certification.
4. Water Management Staff
* Focus: Managing wastewater treatment, supervising facility conditions, overseeing PROPER assessments, and handling SIMPEL/SPARING operational management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though previous experience in WWTP/WTP is a significant advantage.
