1. Warehouse Admin
As a Warehouse Admin, you will serve as the backbone of our inventory management operations, ensuring seamless administrative workflows and accurate record-keeping.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Manage comprehensive administrative tasks, ranging from material receiving and storage to inbound/outbound transaction tracking.
* Oversee daily internal department administration and maintain optimal organization.
* Coordinate closely with related departments regarding inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock movements.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a relevant discipline.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a Warehouse Administrator, preferably within a dairy, food, and beverage manufacturing plant.
* Familiarity and proficiency with SAP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (a strong advantage).
* Solid understanding of production planning and inventory control principles.
* Willingness to work in a shift system.

2. Warehouse Checker
The Warehouse Checker plays a vital quality control role in physical inventory handling, tracking every movement of goods from arrival to final dispatch.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee physical checks for incoming shipments, put-away/storage processes, and picking up to outbound dispatch.
* Verify goods receipt (GR), storage placement, picking accuracy, transfers/reservations, and dispatch documentation.
* Communicate proactively with Production and Quality Control (QC) teams for the official handover of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School graduate (SMA / SMK).
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Warehouse Checker, specifically within dairy, food, or beverage processing facilities.
* Comprehensive knowledge of production planning and inventory control workflows.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
* Placement Location: Surabaya.
3. TKBM (Loading and Unloading Crew)
Our loading and unloading crew ensures that raw materials and finished products are handled safely, efficiently, and in compliance with workplace safety standards.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Execute loading and unloading procedures systematically according to direct instructions.
* Arrange, stack, and transport goods securely and neatly within the warehouse environment.
* Safeguard cargo integrity to prevent damage during handling operations.
* Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations at all times.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School graduate (SMA / SMK).
* Minimum 6 months of practical experience as a Loading/Unloading Crew (TKBM) or Warehouse Helper.
* High level of discipline, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Willingness to work on a shift schedule.

4. IPC (Inline Process Control) Officer
The IPC Officer is tasked with monitoring production integrity at every stage, ensuring that all manufactured goods meet our stringent quality benchmarks.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct rigorous inspections and quality checks during ongoing production runs (in-process control) to guarantee final product compliance.
* Perform routine verification and calibration of analytical equipment utilized within the IPC laboratory space.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Analysis.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a QC Inspector or QC Line Officer.
* Proficient product testing capabilities across various manufacturing stages.
* Strong foundation in laboratory testing procedures and quality control methodologies.
* Prior experience with SAP implementation (considered a distinct advantage).
* Prepared to work in a shift system.
