1. Drafter
As a Drafter, your primary objective is to produce accurate technical drawings, construction details, and comprehensive design documents based on leadership directives. Your work will directly support seamless project execution while adhering to established technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Drawing Production: Develop architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs based on specific guidelines from architects and engineers.
* Layout Development: Assist in designing functional spaces tailored to specific facility requirements, particularly healthcare environments.
* Revision Management: Update and revise drawings based on feedback from clients, design teams, and site conditions during planning and implementation phases.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with project managers, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all drafting adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and specialized medical facility guidelines regarding accessibility and hygiene.

Qualifications and Requirements:
