## HR Officer Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
The Human Resources department plays a pivotal role in maintaining organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. As an HR Officer, you will be entrusted with comprehensive administrative and operational duties to support the workforce.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
* Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee employee performance programs, manage benefit structures, and ensure accurate compensation delivery in strict compliance with internal company regulations and prevailing labor laws.
* Payroll Management: Serve as the primary support for the Head of HR regarding monthly and periodic payroll cycles. This includes gathering payroll data, updating variable allowance files, processing overtime, handling business trip allowances, calculating bonuses, and managing employee loans.
* Tax and Statutory Compliance: Handle employee income tax calculations, manage salary deductions, oversee BPJS registrations, and coordinate with overseas outsourced payroll service providers.
* Attendance and Data Verification: Collect, audit, and verify attendance records and absenteeism data to guarantee precision in salary computations and reconcile discrepancies for ultimate payroll accuracy.
* HR Operations and Claims: Process medical insurance claims and manage general HR administrative workflows to maintain seamless departmental operations.
