## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As an HR Officer at KIA, you will serve as a vital pillar of the Human Resources department. Your day-to-day duties will directly impact employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
* Benefits and Performance Administration: Oversee employee performance management programs, compensation structures, and corporate benefit plans.
* Comprehensive Payroll Management: Process employee salaries accurately in strict accordance with internal company guidelines and national labor laws.
* Monthly Payroll Support: Partner directly with the Head of HR by gathering monthly payroll data, managing variable allowance files, overseeing BPJS health registrations, and processing medical claims, overtime, loans, business travel allowances, bonuses, and employee income taxes.
* Attendance and Data Verification: Collect, cross-reference, and verify attendance logs, absenteeism reports, and operational metrics required for precise payroll generation.
* Deduction Management: Handle statutory and internal salary deductions, including employee loans, BPJS contributions, and income tax withholdings.
* Data Reconciliation: Perform rigorous data audits and reconciliations to eliminate discrepancies and guarantee absolute payroll accuracy.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
