## Overview of the HRGA Site Position
The Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) Site role is vital for maintaining the seamless daily operations of the plantation. This position ensures that all administrative functions, facility management, asset tracking, and general support services operate smoothly, effectively, and in strict compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities in Human Resources (HR)
* Overseeing comprehensive personnel administration and employee data management, encompassing onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, demotions, and offboarding processes.

* Monitoring the utilization, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of operational equipment and plantation facilities.
