## Apprenticeship Program Overview

1. Production Unit Operator Apprenticeship (Fresh/Trainee)
This role focuses on intensive training over a six-month period. Apprentices will learn the intricacies of operating heavy production units, ensuring they can execute tasks in accordance with operational procedures and safety guidelines to maximize productivity.
* Minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) from any major.
* Willingness to commit to the full six-month training program.
* Must be willing to be deployed to any KPP project site across Indonesia.

* Possession of a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) and a Yellow Card (AK1).
2. Mechanic Apprenticeship
