Candidate Qualifications:
* Fresh graduates holding a minimum of a D4 or S1 degree from accredited majors, including Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Strong willingness to complete an intensive 6-month training curriculum.
* Readiness to fulfill a 2-year service commitment agreement upon completion.
* Flexibility and willingness to be stationed across operational sites in East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
