1. Automation Operator Assistant
The Automation Operator Assistant is responsible for executing day-to-day production processes, ensuring all machinery operates at peak performance to meet output targets.
* Managing changeover procedures and routine machine maintenance.
* Performing precise troubleshooting according to established Work Instructions (WI).
* Maintaining high productivity standards to reach manufacturing goals.
* Education: D3 degree or High School/Vocational diploma (SMA/SMK) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Educational Background: Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in troubleshooting machinery and operating both digital and semi-digital production equipment.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in food/beverage or automotive manufacturing.
