## Candidate Qualifications

* Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable university.
* Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Professional Experience: While fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, we also welcome professionals with 2 to 3 years of full-time work experience in sectors such as Forestry, Manufacturing, Data Systems, Automotive, or FMCG.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership potential, a self-driven work ethic, and the ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team member.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential for our global operations.
## Operational Details and Placement
While our corporate headquarters are located in the heart of Jakarta at Capital Place, 28th Floor, Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 18, candidates must be prepared for a hands-on experience.
Successful applicants must be willing to be stationed at our operational sites, including Banjarmasin, Samarinda, or other designated project locations, where our primary manufacturing activities take place.
