The GSE / Load Master plays a vital role in ramp operations, ensuring that every aircraft is loaded safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with international aviation standards.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise all ramp activities during cargo and baggage loading and unloading procedures.
* Ensure proper placement of containers and luggage according to the Loading Instruction Report (LIR/LDM) and Weight & Balance Manual.
* Verify that all unit load devices (ULDs) and pallets are securely locked within the cargo compartment (ULD Locking).
* Inspect the condition of cargo holds, door sills, and locking mechanisms before and after loading.
* Maintain seamless communication with GSE operators, porters, load control teams, and flight crews.
* Sign and submit the Final Loading Inspection Report to Load Control upon completion.
* Report any procedural discrepancies, damaged ULDs, or operational irregularities immediately.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Proficiency in English communication.
* Possess a valid GSE or BTT license relevant to the operated equipment.

* Handle special cargo types—including dangerous goods, perishables, valuable items, and live animals—in coordination with Avsec and internal teams.
* Accurately record all breakdown and acceptance activities within digital cargo management systems.
* Draft and submit detailed reports regarding shortages, damages, or operational irregularities.
* Update COSYS and TPS Online systems in a timely and accurate manner.
* Safeguard company and airline assets while promoting secure cargo operations.
* Distribute operational updates and communications to relevant departments.
* Maintain thorough archives of cargo documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
* Provide constructive feedback to continually optimize acceptance and breakdown workflows.
