## Job Responsibilities
As a Health & Safety Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure, hazard-free operational environment. Your core duties will encompass:
* Program Execution: Implement, manage, and report on comprehensive Health and Safety (HSE) programs in strict alignment with corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory frameworks.
* Risk Mitigation & Inspection: Conduct rigorous hazard identification, risk analysis, routine inspections, and workplace monitoring to proactively prevent workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, fires, and explosions.
* Emergency Response & Recovery: Lead immediate response efforts and coordinate corrective actions in the event of an occupational accident, safety breach, or emergency.
* Performance Evaluation: Measure and evaluate HSE performance metrics, formulate strategic action plans, and submit actionable recommendations to elevate corporate safety standards.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external parties regarding safety audits, regulatory testing (such as fire extinguishers, generators, and lightning rods), and compliance reporting.
* Education & Monitoring: Conduct safety socialization, training, and continuous monitoring for businesses operating within the industrial zone.
* Quality & Compliance Alignment: Ensure departmental targets align seamlessly with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the Integrated Management System, which covers quality objectives, anti-bribery measures, and occupational safety.
* Continuous Improvement: Propose innovative strategies and operational refinements to leadership to foster an environment of ongoing safety enhancement.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this critical position, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Public Health.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on working experience in the HSE sector.

Mandatory Certification: Hold a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Umum*) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
* HSE Mastery: Deep proficiency in Health Safety Environment Management, covering risk assessment, hazard controlling, occupational safety management systems, workplace inspections, and professional report writing.
* Creative Software Skills: Familiarity with design and editing applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Canva is preferred.
