## Current Career Opportunities at J.CO Donuts & Coffee
We are currently looking for motivated candidates to fill the following Management Trainee positions. Please review the specific qualifications for each location to ensure you meet the necessary requirements.
1. Management Trainee (MT) – Solo
This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their leadership skills in the food and beverage sector. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality/Tourism or a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in F&B; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Status: Must be unmarried.
* Location: Residing in Solo, Central Java.
* Key Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent teamwork, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
* Availability: Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
2. Management Trainee (MT) – Bireuen
We are looking for energetic professionals based in Aceh to support our operations in Bireuen. The requirements for this position are as follows:
* Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* Status: Must be unmarried.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm for males and 160 cm for females.
* Location: Residing in Bireuen, Aceh.
* Key Skills: Strong collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, covering weekends and public holidays.
