## Job Vacancy: Helpdesk Officer
PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join its Information Technology division as a Helpdesk Officer. This role plays a critical function in maintaining seamless operational workflows by delivering robust IT support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Officer, you will report directly to the Helpdesk & Application System Support Section Head. Your daily duties and operational responsibilities include:
* Primary Communication Liaison: Act as the main bridge between end-users and the Management Information System (MIS) team to guarantee the prompt resolution of all technical issues.
* Incident Management: Receive, document, track, and follow up on user-reported incidents and technical problems utilizing the MIS Helpdesk system.
* System Support and Implementation: Assist System Analysts with system deployment, implementation phases, software testing, and end-user assistance.
* Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with Technical and User Support Officers via the MIS Helpdesk platform to ensure round-the-clock (24/7) IT operational continuity.
* Infrastructure Maintenance: Partner with the HC Group IT team to support the implementation and ongoing upkeep of IT infrastructure and related services.
* User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions and offer technical guidance to empower users, maximize system utilization, and boost overall workplace productivity.
* Additional Duties: Handle supplementary assignments and responsibilities as directed by company management to support departmental goals.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following professional and educational prerequisites:
* Location: Willingness to be stationed at the Citeureup Factory Complex located in Bogor Regency, West Java.
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline, with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Professional Experience: Possessing a minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk services, or a related domain serves as a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities, alongside a proven talent for conducting user training and helpdesk support.
