1. Project Engineering
In this capacity, you will serve as a technical anchor for key organizational projects:
* Coordinate, schedule, and monitor engineering project lifecycles from conception to execution.
* Ensure rigorous compliance with quality assurance, safety standards, and performance specifications.
* Act as a central communication hub for project stakeholders, interpreting technical needs and providing expert support.
* Maintain strict oversight of budgets, project timelines, and personnel performance while reporting on status updates.
2. Process Engineering
You will focus on optimizing the technical framework that drives our manufacturing efficiency:
* Monitor and enhance production processes to improve Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, service quality, and cost-efficiency.
* Utilize data-driven metrics—such as productivity ratios and waste indices—to identify and correct adverse operational trends.
* Develop and implement continuous improvement plans and capital projects in collaboration with operations teams.
* Facilitate the industrialization of new products and raw materials by acting as a liaison between Research & Development, Marketing, and Central Engineering.
* Provide on-site troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex technical hurdles, ensuring seamless plant operations.
