Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your daily duties will be vital to maintaining seamless factory operations. Key tasks include:
* Operating advanced manufacturing machinery, specifically focusing on packaging, mixing, blowing, and filling systems.
* Staging and preparing raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) efficiently to meet daily production quotas.
* Monitoring active production lines continuously to prevent bottlenecks and ensure optimal output.
* Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
* Drafting comprehensive and accurate shift production reports for management review.
Candidate Qualifications
