## Job Description: What You Will Do
As our Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent to support our growing business divisions. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Candidate Screening: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial resume screening to shortlisting qualified candidates.
* Psychological Testing: Administer, evaluate, and score comprehensive psychological assessments for prospective employees.
* Competency-Based Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews using Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques to assess candidate suitability.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily recruitment reports to track hiring progress and pipeline efficiency.
## Candidate Qualifications: What We Look For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following professional and educational requirements:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on professional experience in a dedicated recruitment role.
* Technical Skill: Demonstrated proficiency in administering and interpreting various psychological testing tools.
