1. Mold Operator
As a Mold Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly and efficiently by maintaining our valuable tooling assets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance on molds.
* Execute mold setups and troubleshoot primary issues on plastic injection machines independently.
* Implement timely and effective mechanical repairs.
* Utilize computer systems for regular operational updates.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school education (SMA / Equivalent).
* Male, maximum age of 28 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the plastic injection industry.
* Basic computer literacy for system updates.

2. Line Quality Control (QC)

* Key Responsibilities:
* Generate comprehensive reports regarding inspection standards, quality complaints, and production quality.
* Ensure adherence to 5S workplace organization standards.
* Operate measuring instruments accurately, such as calipers and torque tools.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school education (SMA / Equivalent).
* Male, maximum age of 25 years old.

* At least 1 year of experience as a QC inspector within injection molding.
* Possess natural leadership qualities with strong resilience under pressure.

3. Maintenance Technician
Our facility relies heavily on continuous power and machinery functionality. This role ensures all electrical and mechanical systems remain operational with minimal downtime.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage electrical installations, conduct routine checks, and perform independent repairs.
* Operate and maintain all facility machinery including injection machines, chillers, generators, compressors, and water pumps efficiently.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education of SMA or SMK (Vocational High School).
* Male, maximum age of 40 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in industrial maintenance.

4. Operator / QM Injection

* Key Responsibilities:

* Segregate non-conforming (NG) products from approved (OK) production outputs.
* Package finished goods according to established packing standards.
* Operate machinery to achieve daily production schedules and targets.
* Complete daily production reports accurately and on time while strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Immediately report any product non-conformities or abnormal conditions to the team leader or QC.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school education (SMA / Equivalent).
* Male, maximum age of 28 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of experience in plastic injection operations.
* Must not wear glasses, have zero minus vision, and maintain a neat appearance.
* Demonstrate diligence, high focus, perseverance, and responsibility.

5. Assembly Operator
