## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Fishery Staff (3): Must possess practical knowledge of aquaculture principles alongside proven field experience in community development programs.
* Recruitment Staff (4): Must exhibit a strong background in executing high-volume mass recruitment campaigns specifically within mining, industrial contracting, outsourcing, or smelting sectors.
* Industrial Relation Staff (5): Must possess deep familiarity with national labor laws and regulations, bipartite mechanisms, and professional industrial relations certifications.
