1. Industry 4.0 Officer (Karawang Plant)
* Manage and execute IoT-based initiatives at our Karawang facility.
* Develop digital solutions for product traceability, production monitoring, and AI-driven vision systems.
* Utilize A3 Problem Solving methodology to deliver detailed project performance reports.
* Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics.
* Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
2. Marketing Staff (Karawang Plant)
* Execute market research to identify emerging trends and shifting customer requirements.
* Foster business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing partnerships.
* Oversee the order and delivery cycle to ensure seamless customer service and high satisfaction.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Management, or Business.
* Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

3. PPIC Officer (Semarang Plant)
* Coordinate the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
* Maintain precise inventory data and conduct regular stock audits.
* Support logistics operations through diligent reporting and monitoring.
* Diploma (D3) in Production and Manufacturing Process, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Fresh graduates or experienced candidates (max 2 years).
4. Maintenance Officer (Semarang Plant)
* Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and mechanical repairs on production and utility machinery.
* Conduct root-cause analysis on equipment failures to implement proactive improvement plans.
* Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience.
5. Process Engineering Officer (Semarang Plant)
* Validate manufacturing processes to ensure strict adherence to engineering standards.
* Translate technical specifications and drawings into actionable process implementations.
* Document operational improvements and generate analytical reports.
