## Career Opportunity: Management Trainee (MT) Program – Batch 2
Following the overwhelming success of our inaugural Management Trainee program, which saw 25 participants transition into vital leadership roles, we are officially opening applications for Batch 2. We are seeking motivated, driven individuals who are ready to make a tangible impact on the renewable energy landscape.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate excellence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major. Priority is given to candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Science.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for university graduates.
* Language Proficiency: A TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is a significant advantage for degree holders (minimum score of 500). High school graduates with strong English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
* Soft Skills: Must possess excellent public speaking abilities, a proactive attitude, and superior communication skills.
* Engagement: Demonstrated leadership or active participation in campus or school organizations (internal or external).
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed in any of our company’s development areas.
* Additional Advantage: Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch will be viewed as a significant competitive edge.
