## Position Overview: Head of Human Capital & General Affairs
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven leader who can seamlessly align human resources strategies with our broader corporate objectives. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the HR and General Affairs departments, championing organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support company expansion, talent retention, and organizational development.
* General Affairs Oversight: Manage facility operations, administrative workflows, and general affairs to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire, mentor, and guide the HR team while collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive cross-departmental initiatives.
* Process Optimization: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline HR procedures, and implement data-driven solutions.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this high-impact role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 5 years of proven working experience operating as an HR Generalist within a structured corporate environment.
* Core Competencies:
