## Manufacturing Management Trainee Program (Indonesia)
This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of industry leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to the complexities of international footwear production.
Key Responsibilities
During your tenure as a trainee, you will rotate through various functional areas to gain a holistic understanding of our operations. Your duties will include:
* Operational Exposure: Rotating through departments such as Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Business Development.
* Professional Development: Learning the technical intricacies of footwear production while mastering staff management, corporate policy, and strategic business practices.
* Execution of Objectives: Fulfilling routine duties assigned by senior management and ensuring all performance goals are consistently met.
* Performance Reporting: Providing regular updates to management regarding your learning progress and task completion status.
* Observational Learning: Shadowing experienced mentors to master the specific standards, methodologies, and procedures required for operational excellence.
* Departmental Support: Assisting with data entry, professional reporting, presentation design, and customer service needs.
* Project Involvement: Engaging in targeted projects to improve processes and deepen your knowledge of our product life cycle.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment. To be considered, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Location: Must be an Indonesian citizen willing to relocate to Pemalang; candidates must also be open to domestic and international travel for specialized training.
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fresh graduates with high potential are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
* Interpersonal Skills: The ability to interact effectively with a diverse team across all levels of the organization.
