## Available Job Positions & Qualifications

1. Foreman Mechanic (Placement: South Sumatra)

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and ensure all maintenance and repair activities strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Monitor equipment performance to achieve target Physical Availability (PA), managing metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and scheduled versus unscheduled maintenance ratios.
* Prioritize and manage workflows for breakdown units efficiently.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Vocational High School (STM/SMK), Diploma III (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a Mechanic Foreman within a mining contractor environment.
* Comprehensive technical knowledge of heavy machinery, trucks, and auxiliary support equipment.
* Must possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, high integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
2. HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Placement: Head Office, Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business structures, operational workflows, procedures, and resource utilization.
* Identify organizational training needs, coordinate training sessions, implement professional development programs, and cultivate company culture.
* Facilitate and oversee career planning, employee development, and succession planning frameworks.
* Drive efficiency and competitiveness through talent management, performance evaluation, leadership development, and data-driven analysis.
* Conduct continuous research and strategic improvements to align human capital initiatives with overarching business goals.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Strategy and Organizational Development; background in the mining industry is a strong advantage.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
* Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Development (OD), job analysis, workload analysis, performance management, and competency development.
3. Foreman Production (Placement: South Sumatra)

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily production operations to ensure output targets are consistently met.
* Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, corporate policies, and quality standards across all tasks.
* Plan and organize daily and weekly operational work schedules for the team.
* Identify operational hazards, enforce safety guidelines, and execute preventive measures to eliminate workplace accidents.
* Oversee equipment maintenance, operational reporting, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

* Male, aged between 30 and 40 years old.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK).
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Production Foreman in the mining sector.
* Must hold a valid POP certification.
* Exceptional leadership capabilities, self-motivated character, meticulousness, and high moral integrity.
4. Plant Engineer (Placement: Project Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert technical analysis, recommendations, and engineering solutions for modifying mining and support equipment to meet organizational objectives.
* Troubleshoot equipment failures to maximize performance, availability, reliability, and safety.
* Monitor equipment health conditions and generate comprehensive mechanical health reports.
* Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to machinery design, construction, modification, and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

* Male candidate with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proficient in technical engineering software.
* Possesses strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills.
5. Excavator Operator (Placement: Out of Town / Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate heavy excavator units efficiently and with strict focus.
* Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections and ensure clear communication protocols are established with the team.
* Perform routine preventive maintenance on heavy machinery.
* Prioritize worksite safety and execute post-operational checks and secure storage procedures.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK).
* Must hold an active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) or a valid SIM BII Umum driver's license.
* Minimum 1 year of operating experience in the mining industry.
* Physically and mentally fit, team-oriented, and willing to be placed at remote project sites.
6. Trainer Mechanic (Placement: Project Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deliver accurate technical training programs and assessments aligned with business needs.
* Monitor mechanic competency development frameworks.
* Provide expert consultative advice on instructional learning models and curriculum enhancements.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 3 years of mining industry experience acting as a technical trainer.
* Proven background in conducting training assessments, designing instructional resources, and researching safety guidelines.
* Confident presentation skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
7. Driver Dump Truck (Placement: Out of Town / Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate Dump Truck units (specifically experienced with Quester CWE 730 or similar units) with high concentration and efficiency.
* Complete pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks, upholding safety and communication standards.
* Perform basic maintenance and secure storage of the unit after operations.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP) or Senior High School (SMA/Packet C).
* Must hold a valid and active SIM BII Umum license.
* Minimum 1 year of driving experience within the mining sector.
* Good physical and mental health, collaborative mindset, and flexibility regarding out-of-town deployment.
8. Maintenance Planner (Placement: Project Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage routine preventive maintenance and repair schedules.
* Compile daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports detailing maintenance progress and operational bottlenecks.
* Monitor spare parts availability, service backlogs, and unscheduled repair requirements.
* Communicate regularly with equipment users to assess emerging maintenance needs and track repair progress.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma III (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience functioning as a maintenance planner or scheduler.
* In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment repair planning.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
9. Trainer Operator (Placement: Project Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and monitor instructional programs covering both theoretical and practical aspects of heavy equipment and truck operations.
* Evaluate training effectiveness continuously to ensure high educational standards and operational readiness.
* Develop instructional materials and technical assessments tailored to corporate benchmarks.

Job Requirements:

* Male, aged 30 to 40 years old.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma III (D3).
* At least 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment (A2B Track) Operator Trainer.
* Accustomed to field environments with strong command over MS Office applications, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.
10. Plant Superintendent (Placement: Project Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and optimize all equipment maintenance, repair, and documentation processes to run effectively and efficiently across the designated work area.
* Ensure site-level maintenance standards meet or exceed corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Uphold target physical availability metrics for all operational site equipment.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams across all organizational tiers to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* At least 5 years of experience in a comparable supervisory or managerial capacity.
* Must hold a valid POP certificate.
* Exceptional leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
11. Purchasing Officer (Placement: Head Office / Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute end-to-end procurement of goods and services based on internal requisitions.
* Analyze purchase requisitions and select appropriate vendors and suppliers.
* Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external suppliers.
* Generate and manage official Purchase Orders (POs).

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Diploma III (D3) in any major.
* At least 2 years of professional procurement and purchasing experience.
* Strong negotiation tactics and up-to-date awareness of modern industrial technology requirements.
12. Senior Mechanic (Placement: Project Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Report equipment malfunctions promptly and execute complex troubleshooting and corrective repairs.
* Handle routine repairs, backlog maintenance, and detailed failure documentation.
* Coordinate with the Maintenance Control Room (MCR) to update equipment readiness status.

Job Requirements:

* Male, aged 30 to 40 years old.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK); possession of a BMC certification is a distinct advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of specialized experience handling heavy equipment (A2B) units.
13. Supervisor Maintenance (Placement: Project Site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and control maintenance and repair operations, ensuring efficient team allocation, adherence to standard safety procedures, and cost-effective execution.
* Ensure adequate stock of parts, materials, and tools while maintaining workshop environmental compliance under SHE regulations.
* Guarantee accurate and timely completion of all maintenance reporting and documentation.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma III (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Plant Supervisor.
* Valid POP certification is preferred.
